The Role
The Post Graduate Program is a temporary, entry-level position that will allow knowledge learned in school to expand and translate into the workforce. The goal is to transition into a permanent role at the end of the four- to six-month program. This role supports the administrative duties of the Publicity Assistant, teams, clients & accounts. Being new to the industry with prior internship experience, expectations come at a fast pace. You will be exposed to all facets of the agency at the administrative level and assist in monitoring, updating, researching, and reporting for client services, teams, and tasks. This position requires reliability, a passion for travel & hospitality, and a hunger to devour every publication as a resource in the PR industry.
This position is a hybrid role based in our New York City, NY office. Our hybrid policy blends the flexibility of working from home with the connection of in-office work, with employees required to be in-office 2-3 days per week.
